Facilitation Working Group

Facilitation 
The Facilitation working group are stewards of the General Assembly. They ensure that peoples voices are hears and that the General Assembly’s are running smoothly, and that the process that has been adopted by the group is being followed. They are NOT leaders, they are there NOT there to push personal agenda’s. The roles of the Facilitation Working Group are as follows:

  •  Booking the location/venue’s for General Assembly Locations
  • Compiling the agenda, and making it available prior to the General Assembly
  • Communicating to confirm attendance of facilitators and deciding on GA roles beforehand
  • Facilitating the General Assembly
  • Ensuring notes are taken and posted online for others to see
  • Ensuring notes are brought to the General Assembly in hard Copy
  • Closing the General Assembly
  • Ensuring Live Stream is interpreted
